Hand picked and sorted by the local co-operative, which helps support over 400 families in region.
 
The high altitude provides the ideal conditions for cultivating specialty coffee. The warm days and cool nights help concentrate sugars for sweet, dense cherry which helps give Ethiopian coffee that desired unique flavour profile.
